SOAK CLEAN HDA

An off white highly alkaline powder formulated primarily for use as an electrolytic cleaner for steel. Soak Clean HDA can also be used in a soak or agitated tank for heavy duty cleaning, and degreasing of steel surfaces, and effectively removes carbonised oils and greases in addition to many paint finishes. Soak Clean HDA contains surfactants which are >80% biodegradable when tested by the OECD screening test which satisfied EEC directives 82/242 and 82/243.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE.

Use in a heated soak, or agitated tank. As heat is generated when the product is mixed with water, make up solutions by gradual addition to cold water. Use concentrations are dependant on the soil, and best results will be obtained at 70 -100C. Rinse thoroughly to avoid alkali bloom..

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION. Corrosive contains Sodium Hydroxide, Substance identification No 1759 Causes severe burns. Wear suitable protective clothing Keep out of reach of children. Do not mix with other chemical products unless specifically directed. Wash splashes from the skin immediately with soap and water. If swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. give water to drink. Medical attention is recommended following eye contact, or if the product is swallowed.

 

Spillage's Sweep up for re-use or disposal as waste. Spillage's of solution should be contained and absorbed with an inert mineral product.
