SOLSTRIP F (T614)
SOLSTIP F is an acid activated solvent for paint stripping components by immersion. Formulated to strip the more difficult highly polymerised paint finishes. Designed for use in a tank with a water seal to minimise solvent evaporation, this product finds widespread applications in paint shops & the reconditioning industry. Suitable for use on all metals, other than Zinc alloys which will be slightly etched, and magnesium which will be more seriously attacked.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE.
Use as supplied, in a well ventilated environment. Do not heat or agitate. Maintain a 2” water seal. P.V.D.F. tanks are recommended. Components should be immersed until the paint film has wrinkled or flaked. Time will vary according to the number of coats, and type of finish. After treatment components should be thoroughly rinsed preferably pressure rinsed, and neutralised by immersion in a 3 grams per Ltr Soak Clean MDA solution prior to final rinsing.
